Rescued Unwanted Furry Friends Foundation is experiencing a food crisis and needs the community’s help to feed nearly 600 pets.
With the downturn in the economy and charitable giving, RUFFF’s food supply has dwindled and the organization is facing the possibility of being unable to feed the dogs, cats and other animals. The primary need is dry dog food. RUFFF dogs eat 250 pounds of it a day at a cost of about $100. Dry cat food is also needed, as are dog houses and pet supplies.
Contact RUFFF at (928) 565-BARK (2275) to offer assistance. Food may be dropped off any time at Martin Swanty Chrysler, Donn Williams Jewelers in Bullhead City and the Golden Valley Food Bank. Please call evenings for pick-up or other locations.
